“This is not your typical Airbnb... It is way above all the other places we have stayed at.
The pictures are very accurate, the apartment is spotless and luxurious. Its modern look makes it stand out compared to all the other apartments in the resort. It is also stocked up with all the basics you need to cook for yourself which is very nice when you stay for more than a few days. The location, the beach, the pool etc. are just perfect.
Finally, the communication with the owner and with Oscar who came to pick us up at the airport was so easy and friendly. We will definitely try to go back as soon as possible!”

“I don’t know how I can ever thank you for a trip of a lifetime. Laurie and I have been very fortunate to have travelled across the world (England, Italy, France, Russia, South Africa, etc.), but this trip is by far one of the best trips we have ever taken……from Oscar, to the awesome resort, to the sunset dinner at Monalisa our 30th anniversary was an anniversary we will never forget…….you really took care of us……Thank You is not enough but for now……THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Thank you to Eric and the entire team! My family spent 8 nights at the Villa La Estancia Cabo property and are absolutely blown away by the hospitality, accommodations and overall experience! The booking process was seamless and the communication throughout with Eric and his team was clear, concise and timely. Upon our arrival, my family was met at the airport by Oscar, our personal Guest Experience Manager. He was early, professional and very accommodating with any special requests that we had. He was genuinely excited for our vacation and right off the bat, I knew that he was going to be a great resource and friend. He truly elevated our experience during the entire stay. He even took me to Costco for food and drinks for the week!
The check-in process at the Villa La Estancia was easy and the resort staff was super helpful during the stay. When we got to Vida Mar (#1605) we were blown away by every detail that went into making this place special. The Vida Mar is much, much larger than we ever imagined, with more than enough space to roam freely about. It is chic and feels like home. The unit was one of the cleanest, well appointed vacation spots that I have ever stayed in! It is decorated and furnished perfectly. Vida Mar is stocked with all the items you'll need to make your vacation memorable. From the welcoming packages of food and wine, to the furniture, BBQ, games, TV's, Bluetooth speakers throughout, and selection of spirits this place truly has it all! Once I stepped outside on the large balcony and saw the views of the resort pool area and Cabo Bay, I knew we made the right choice in booking Vida Mar. The view is AMAZING! Although Vida Mar is privately owned, you get the full use of the entire resort's amenities. Not to mention, the two sister properties within the Villa Group are directly next door and as a bonus, you get full use of the amenities on those properties, as well! It's like booking three resorts for the price of one! There's also a cool trolley that takes you back and forth between Villa Group properties. If walking is preferred, just a few minutes on foot separate the three resorts.
Vida Mar is in the perfect location. It sits on the beach and the hardest decision you'll have while staying here is whether to spend your relaxation time at the amazing pools or down on the beach with a little sand in-between your toes! You can catch an Uber to the downtown entertainment district and that should run you between $3-5. You can walk the beach into downtown or if you prefer a more urban path, walk through the city...it's very safe and takes about 15 minutes. There is also a car rental location on site if you're feeling adventurous and want to explore various outlying areas of Cabo.
By the end of our stay, we were very fulfilled and certainly wished we could have stayed longer. Eric, Kate, Oscar and the resort staff at Villa La Estancia crushed it and provided my family with one of the most relaxing, easy and memorable vacations we've ever been on. To say "we'll be back" is an understatement. Because, we will be back ALOT!!! Well done to everyone involved and gracias desde el fondo de nuestros corazones (thank you from the bottom of our hearts)! Vida Mar is a special place!”

“This property is beautiful and exactly as pictured in the listing. The entire place is newly renovated with modern furnishings and technology. There was a TV in every room with every streaming service available and sonos sound system throughout the place. Our favorite part was the view of the ocean from the balcony.
Check-in was quick and easy and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Airport pick-up by Oscar in the Escalade was a great perk (taxis were charging $85 for the trip) and we arrived to a stocked fridge with all the essentials.
The resort itself is beautiful and relaxing. You get access to the two adjacent resorts as well. There is a small grocery market on site with all the essentials and a beautiful Desert Spa. My group of friends had an amazing stay, I’ve already recommended this listing to multiple friends!”

“My wife, two daughters and I just returned from our 7 night stay at Vida Mar, and we had an awesome stay.
From super-friendly Oscar, (who was always available throughout our stay), picking us up and returning us to the airport in the Cadillac Escalade, to super-hospitable Rodrigo the bellman who assisted us throughout our stay, to the rest of the awesome staff, the experience at Villa La Estancia was excellent.
The unit has recently been completely upgraded/remodeled and it is outstanding. When you walk past other units, and compare to Vida Mar, you can easily see that you are staying in one of the best units at Villa La Estancia. The place has two large bedrooms, three bathrooms, big kitchen, new large TV’s in every room, with a huge outdoor balcony-terrace with awesome views, there is plenty of space for everyone. We spent lots of time just enjoying the constant awesome breeze and views from the balcony while sipping on some provided beers and cocktails.
Villa La Estancia itself is a beautiful property, the pools, the swim up bar, the five hot tubs and the swimmable beach where we spent a lot of time just floating in the water on our beach toys. And there are two sister resorts next to Estancia that you can also enjoy.
The next time we travel to Cabo it will be difficult to not stay at Vida Mar again!”

“What a wonderful stay! Great communication from the time we booked through the end of our trip. Oscar picked us up at the airport and was super friendly and fun! He had drinks in a cooler and allowed us to play our own music if we wanted. He told us about Cabo and was very welcoming and enthusiastic.
The check in process was easy and the bellman gave us a room tour and told us about the room and amenities. The dining table had a large beautiful bouquet of flowers that lasted the full stay.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices, popcorn, drinks and a few other snacks. The beds were warm and comfortable and there were ceiling fans in the living room, bedrooms and on the patio. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. Each of the 3 bathrooms had a shower which was very nice. The patio was large with lots of seating and had nice afternoon sun.
The resort area was very nice and not too big so it was easy to get around. The pool was warm and the hot tubs were hot and there were quite a few to choose from so it wasn’t too crowded. The staff was very friendly and took drink and food orders at the pool, the hot tubs and the beach area by the ocean. They even had extra pool floaties we were able to use without paying extra or buying from the market or a vendor.
The room is a quick walk to the elevator then right to the pool area. At the end of the pool there are a couple of hot tubs that overlook the ocean. Then it’s just a quick walk to the sandy beach down some stairs. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas and you can safely swim in the ocean right there. You can also walk down the beach to find more restaurants and activities. The resort area has a few shops and a little market to get extra food, drinks, snacks and souvenirs.
You can get to the downtown area easily with a $5 Uber ride. We even walked back along the beach after dinner and drinks.
The checkout process was super easy and quick and Oscar drove us back to the airport.

“Vida Mar is easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Eric, Oscar and the entire crew at La Estancia made our week perfect. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home and was well appointed with the best amenities (and the best view). The resort was beautiful and we could have easily spent the entire trip in the pool drinking pina coladas, but also loved being a short beach walk from Mango Deck and the downtown restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!”
