Mistiq #404 is our newest property, a brand new build with a modern aesthetic in a gated, safe community. We are committed to making your stay an unforgettable one.
We have designed the space with comfortable furniture, convenience items, and personal touches that make the space feel like home for us. We cherish our space and belongings here, and trust that you will respect and enjoy them like we do.

For restaurants, we always recommend making a reservation in advance, as popular places fill up fast! If you need specific recommendations, or can’t find what you’re looking for, just let us know and we would be happy to help!

parking, and checking in and out at Mistiq
The condo is located in building 4. Look for parking spot 404.
Check in is after 3:00 p.m. The condo has an electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive the code via your booking platform (i.e. AirBnB or VRBO) the morning of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: There is a backup lockbox with physical keys in it in case the key malfunctions.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check outs are not available.
When checking out, please be sure to:
1. Turn off all lights and air conditioners.
2. Make sure all trash is in a trash can or bagged.
3. Lock all windows and doors.

water usage
Please be mindful and conserve water to avoid inconveniences during your stay!
Remember, Los Cabos is a desert region that experiences frequent water shortages!
trash
Trash is located by the elevator. You will see a sign. All trash must be bagged.

Our team is available to answer questions through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cabo time, 7 days a week.

For After-Hours Emergencies: Call Joe Diaz at +52-624-191-8187 or Kally Proctor at +1-325-725-4197 (You MUST call Kally twice in a row or the call will not go through)
An after-hours emergency consists of a serious WATER LEAK or any type of GAS LEAK at the property. Please do not call after hours if there is not an emergency.
mistiq location
The penthouse is located in the beautiful, gated community of Mistiq Los Cabos. It is close to many attractions, including the famous Medano Beach and downtown Cabo/marina, and has a serene desert landscape with fantastic views of Land’s End and the ocean. Feel free to reach out to our team about proximity to different locations.
getting around
We have recommended private driver services available for additional fees based on distance and time. Pricing and availability are subject to change. Please inquire about scheduling prior to your trip if possible. Uber also operates in Cabo, but is traditionally unreliable. Contact us for more information or to request these services during your stay.
