checking in and out at Casa Vera
Casa Vera is located in the peaceful, gated community of Cabo Bello. When you arrive at Cabo Bello, you will need to drive through security. See map below. The person listed on the reservation will need to leave their I.D. at the front gate for security purposes. Each time you leave the neighborhood, you will receive your I.D. back.
Each room at Casa Vera has a door to the outside, and none of the bedroom suites connect to one another. Doors are locked individually and each have an access code. We will assign and give you your access codes shortly before arrival. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check outs are not available.
When checking out, please be sure to:
1. Turn off all lights and air conditioners.
2. Make sure all trash is in a trash can or bagged.
3. Lock all windows and doors.
directions to private beach
Our guests have access to a beautiful, peaceful private beach just a couple minute walk away from Casa Vera. The beach is great for swimming, lounging, and snorkeling. The house is located a very short walking distance from the shore. See the map below for directions from the house to the beach.

Enjoy a splash from the comfort of the Casa Vera patio! We have a pool, beach towels, and pool loungers waiting just for you.
babies & kids
Casa Vera is family and kiddo friendly! We have plenty of baby/kid essentials available for your convenience, as well as games and beach toys. If you are bringing little ones with you, please let us know in advance so that we can make sure to have everything ready for you. If you need a car seat or booster seat for your airport pick up/drop off, just let us know on your pre-arrival form!
water usage
Please be mindful and conserve water to avoid inconveniences during your stay!
Water supply for ALL private homes in Los Cabos is held in cisterns underneath the houses; the municipality sends water to neighborhoods in a round robin, usually once every 2 - 3 weeks, to fill all the cisterns. If the water runs out we will have to call a water truck to refill the cistern. Water trucks only run from 8 am to 8 pm. If you run out of water at a different time, we will NOT be able to help you get water delivered until the water trucks start making runs again in the morning.

Our team is available to answer questions through your booking platform (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, etc) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cabo time, 7 days a week.

An after-hours emergency consists of a serious WATER LEAK or any type of GAS LEAK at the property. Please do not call after hours if there is not an emergency.

We have recommended private driver services available for additional fees based on distance and time. Pricing and availability are subject to change. Please inquire about scheduling prior to your trip if possible. Uber also operates in Cabo. Contact us for more information or to request these services during your stay.
